Water and Breakfast

1. Wake up to water

Imagine not drinking all day at work — no coffee, no water, no diet soda. At the end of an 8-hour shift, you'd be pretty parched. Which is precisely why you should start rehydrating immediately after a full night's slumber. From now on, drink at least 16 ounces of chilled H2O as soon as you rise in the morning. German scientists recently found that doing this boosts metabolism by 24 percent for 90 minutes afterward. (A smaller amount of water had no effect.) What's more, a previous study determined that muscle cells grow faster when they're well hydrated. A general rule of thumb: Guzzle at least a gallon of water over the course of a day.

2. Eat breakfast every day

A University of Massachusetts study showed that men who skip their morning meal are 4 1/2 times more likely to have bulging bellies than those who don't. So within an hour of waking, have a meal or protein shake with at least 250 calories. British researchers found that breakfast size was inversely related to waist size. That is, the larger the morning meal, the leaner the midsection. But keep the meal's size within reason: A 1,480-calorie smoked-sausage scramble at Denny's is really two breakfasts, so cap your intake at 500 calories. For a quick way to fuel up first thing, I like this recipe: Prepare a package of instant oatmeal and mix in a scoop of whey protein powder and 1/2 cup of blueberries.

3. As you eat, review your goals...

Don't worry, I'm not going all Tony Robbins on you. (I don't have enough teeth.) But it's important that you stay aware of your mission. University of Iowa scientists found that people who monitored their diet and exercise goals most frequently were more likely to achieve them than were goal setters who rarely reviewed their objectives.

F besigup kena tangkap kah....


Dimalam punya cerita, aku meliat tarik kalat peringkat akhir di padang SOAS tahniah untuk G16 of Jerudong juara tarik kalat bagi Daerah Brunei n Muara.. aku meliat sama kawan ku seorang insp polis so dmlm atu inda orang ramai kena suruh meliat didalam gelanggang atu polis marah.. tpi aku sama my fren ani masuk saja inda plg berani polis atu marah malahan kena tabik tah kami pulang hehe.. dlm perjalanan kami masuk ani ada tia kawan ku sama menarik kalat di tutong 5 tahun yang lalu ikut-ikutan masuk so duduk disebelah ku.. hari atu lagi hujan lebat + guruh + kilat sampai perlawanan atu kena berhentikan sekejap so kawan ku ani mengeluarkan tia kotak sigup nya ani dari poket bajunya kononnya kan besigup lah tu.. dalam smbil ia kan ambil sebatang sigupnya ani betanya tia arah ku... "kalau besigup kena tangkap kah..?" awu eh kata ku.. hehe u no what takut plg ia terus dimasukannya sigup sebatang atu kedalam kotak ntahan taruhnya dalam poketnya... alhamdulilah tah jua keajaan kitani atu membuat undang2 atu, lepas jua asap sigup.. hehe

1 kilo lost


Alhamdulilah memanjang 4 hari ku pagi kegym minggu ani semangat lah tu.. ada peningkatan hilang 1 kilo lah.. tadi pagi lepas ku betimbang kurang 1 kilo betambah semangat ku di trademill sampai 30 min..

Target Loss 3 kilo


Bulan June aku kan target turunkan 3 kilo lgi.. since kemarin i start my health food.. moning 5 biji telur putihnya saja 3/4 masak, 1 Glass protein netrotech.. kemarin pgi sempat ku keGym untuk buat fitness, trademill complete 6.3 round in 27 minit, 2.55 km, n 163 calories.. Iatah masa ku trademill atu kedengaran ku udah cina bini2 becerita dengan suara lantang ani bah padahal pakai earpieces udah ku tu. alum batah ada tia disebelah kua ani betrademill jua, punya tah bising cukup dengan suara, tangan nya ikut2tan tia jua begerak barang mua lgi tu.. Hehe pesanan kalau didalam Gym atu control2 suara atu.. Petang keGym ku jua main CHEST n TRICEP.

Today keakhiran tpi sempat jua kegym lah, masa inda mengizinkan so sekejap tah ganya asal belurih trademill 22 minit ganya..
